TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Venue Management System and its employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Abuja Multidoor Courthouse (“AMDC”).
